You can cancel your booking any time with Comfort Cars before your scheduled date and time of your pickup by calling us anytime on +91 7505579212 which is available 24x7.

What are terms and conditions if I cancel my booking?

It is always up to you whether you want to cancel your booking with us or continue your booking. Yes we understand there may be a situation where you have no option other then cancellation.

  • If you cancel your booking within 5 (five) hours of the scheduled pickup date and time, it shall be treated as a No-Show-Cause by the Customer. No refund shall be applicable in such cases and the entire Booking Amount/Advance shall be treated as Cancellation Charges.
  • You can cancel your booking trip in the middle of the journey but you will need to pay the amount till the date of your cancellation. Final bill will be calulated as per the usage of our services.
  • If for any reason your driver takes too long to get to you then the cancellation charge will be waived in the event of a cancellation request made at your end.
  • If there is a No-Show from your end, i.e. you are not at the pickup location and/or your assigned driver is unable to get in touch with you on your registered phone number on the scheduled pickup date and time, the driver/vendor shall wait for a reasonable period of half an hour from the scheduled Booking time and thereafter may treat the Booking as cancelled with no refund.
  • If your booking cancellation is done due to external unavoidable factors beyond control of human being such as epidemic, floods, fire, strikes, lockouts, terrorist acts, riot or similar forces or due to force majeure, your total advance payment will be refunded
  • Comfort Cars might change driver and cab/vehicle details prior to your boarding in case vehicle breakdown or other genuine reasons occur at driver end . No cancellation and refund request shall be entertained in such cases.
  • Comfort Cars will not be responsible for any cancellation/delay of service in case of any natural calamity like strike , Road Jam, lockdown , construction work on road ,heavy traffic. Hence NO REFUND would be made.
  • If you are eligible for refunds based on the cancellation and refund policy,then refund will be remitted back to your acounts provided by you within 5-7 working days.

Customer's Identification

As we are running an online service's it is difficult to know the customer's (i.e KYC-Know Your Customers). It is our legal rights to know our customers by asking his/her identity proof. Before making the booking confirm we ask our customer's to submit the copy of their id proof with us. After that it's our liability not to disclose your proof, your provided id proof is completely secure with us. We accept following identity proof from the customer's are as follows-

  • Aadhar Card
  • Voter Id
  • Driving Licence

If you do provide personally identifiable information to us, either directly or through a reseller or other business partner, we will:

  • Take commercially reasonable precautions to protect the information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

  • As necessary to provide services or products you have ordered, such as (taxi/car/cab booking) by providing it to a carrier to deliver products you have ordered

  • As necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Company Name, its users, or others; this may include (for example) exchanging information with other organizations for fraud protection and/or risk reduction.
